We are sensitive to the needs of start up businesses, we understand they may not initially be in a position to commission our senior creative people and business managers.

We make sure this doesn't exclude them from accessing those skills through our ecademy style 'support tree'. This operates in a similar way to the ecademies that most Premiership Football Clubs operate. We continually have staff and people progressing through that have talent, are competent but have not yet 'earned thier stripes' to command the higher commercial fees you would expect from a senior person.

So you get the same attention to detail and the same level of care however you don't collate a fee beyond your means. We operate weekly internal mentoring workshops which are also bolstered by a daily team meeting where staff progressng through the ecademy can ask and have questions answered related to your project.

All projects, whoever has been assigned has a comprehensive 'roadmap' plan completed before any fingers touch keys or pen touches paper - these are overseen by our Operations Director who authorises each and every plan as 'fit for purpose'. This documentation also serves as the 'project window' for all the build team when mapped into our 'online dashboard'. This means that anybody knows exactly where a project is at if it is necessary to assign extra team members or pass over to another department.

Start up businesses also get a very valuable tool in the form of our Managing Director who will help without charge with ideas, focus and strategy to make sure what is built has the best chance to deliver against your new business goals and outcomes.
