Tinlegs is a rather unique proposition in today's marketplace.
We don't sit in the 'Agency' camp fully because we do not sub contract or outsource services - we believe there are two detrimental edges to this, firstly the the client ends up paying a 'middleman' fee on top of the actual direct cost applied by the sub contractor or outsource service. Secondly - even with the best intentions any business that is focused on servicing it's own clients as well as those proffered by an agency cannot always deliver in an unbiased and balanced way, this can lead to an undermining of the service level.
We do not sit in the 'Major player' business model fully either.
We feel that large organisations carry baggage and that it is harder to incentivise everyone to focus in a single direction. We therefore have a structure that is TInlegs, managed by a board of 6 Directors who are also fully binded Partners under a global partnership agreement (LLP) that sits under the Tinlegs Limited brand.
We have the best talent from an array of 5 merged smaller businesses who are all working towards the common goal of Tinlegs becoming the benchmark brand for the services we provide. The key people in the business manage thier department with full support from the other Directors and Partners.
Each department is compartmentalised and all the elements are woven together with a central infastructure which manages and admnisters the 'non creative' parts for each department. This removes business daily operation pressures and means the only pressure applied is to deliver the best creative and the best results.
